About Media M Group

We are list brokers for Australia's best quality business marketing lists covering big business, corporates, mining, manufacturing, government, schools, and small to medium enterprises. You will note that we do not offer every list under the sun, instead just offering a niche range of C-Level contact lists, and senior decision makers. The lists we deal with are from list suppliers who a) care about their data and actually clean it regularly; b) offer quality data at no less than 95% deliverability; c) offer us (representing YOU) a no-fuss no-grief service when it comes to accepting duds and fixing problems.

No list on the planet is perfect, and most people accept that. But the test of a company is how it handles mistakes, and we have stopped dealing with several high profile list suppliers because of their shoddy service and head-in-the-sand approach to bad data. 

As a broker, it's our job to get the best data for you (and deal with list owner peccadilloes!).

Also we offer acccess to Australia's best business to business telemarketing and mailing lists. We used to sell consumer lists, but made the decision in 2012 to focus on B2B lists (and fax broadcasts to pharmacies and schools). It's our opinion that the quality of business mailing lists is better, and there are less legal issues such as the privacy and do not call legislation hindering campaigns and data access.

Media M Group (prev. Kerryn Marlow & Associates and SMS Response) is operated by former radio broadcaster and writer, turned marketer, Kerryn Marlow.

Kerryn Marlow & Associates was formed in 2001 after Kerryn's foray into web and email publishing, first launching BodytalkMagazine.com, which was the only Australian site to be picked up by (then) US portal and lifestyle giant ChickClick.com. KMA was a very successful email marketing and electronic publishing company which expanded into web publishing and then list broking, after requests from clients to help build their own marketing lists.

Kerryn Marlow & Associates and SMS Response merged in January 2005 to become Media M Group. The business is operated by a private family trust, not a multinational conglomerate. 

This allows Media M Group to remain independent in choosing lists and service providers, plus impartial advice. We are known for our honesty and no-nonsense approach, and refuse to work with any list providers who do not sell quality data or offer a proper refund policy...it makes us look bad!

Our parent company is SMS Response Australia Pty Ltd, which also owns www.marketingtopharmacies.com.au ,  www.smsexpress.com.au and www.text-snapper.com which is a smart phone application. We also have other projects on the boil!

We regret we cannot accept the following types of list orders: Multi-level marketing or "business opportunity" or "wealth creation" without a proper product or service.

Stock market or forex or horse race prediction or gambling software sellers. Any overseas based wealth schemes or any financial firms' email sent from a personal email address.

Financial service or mortgage broker or property investment scheme that is not a registered and licensed financial service provider or reputable company with a proper website and FSL or Real Estate Licence or relevant credentials. If you can provide appropriate credentials, we may also need to view a copy of your marketing materials for list owner approval, and we will investigate you and your company before taking any order. Nothing personal...there's just too many scammers around, and we reserve the right to refuse to deal with any firm we believe fits the above profile.

Privacy Policy
Like most businesses, we only collect client company details as part of normal business. From time to time we may also send out new product alerts to our clients. We do not deal with any consumer/personal data at all. All data is stored securely. We don't under any circumtances pass on your personal details to anyone else outside this company, ever, unless required to by court order. We may be list brokers and love a good irony, but we also do not break the law or misuse our client information. It's not in anybody's interest to do that.
